Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Intern who is eager to learn and build practical experience in a professional environment. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to work on real-world design projects while developing their creative and technical skills.The intern will collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Core Responsibility Areas:

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Design graphics for social media posts, banners, posters, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in creating marketing and branding assets for various campaigns.
  • Support the design team in developing brochures, flyers, presentations, and other visual content.
  • Edit images, illustrations, and existing design materials.
  • Maintain consistency with the organization’s branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to produce engaging visuals.
  • Stay updated on current design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas.
  • Complete assigned tasks within project deadlines.

2. Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Freshers and students are encouraged to apply.
  • A portfolio showcasing academic, personal, or freelance design projects is preferred.

3. Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Figma is an advantage.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Creativity with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and accept constructive feedback.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

5. Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Interest in social media content creation and digital marketing.

Job Description:

The Operations Manager will lead execution across the organization ensuring these systems run effectively, while strengthening them to be more robust, scalable, and future-ready.This role is responsible for translating the company’s strategic vision into action through strong team management, structured workflows, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.

Core Responsibility Areas:

1. Team Management

  • Lead and coordinate team/project leads across all Glocal verticals
  • Ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
  • Run structured review systems
  • Strengthen team capacity through hiring, mentoring, and performance management

2. Workflow & Execution Excellence

  • Ensure smooth functioning of existing operational systems and processes
  • Improve and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and coordination
  • Track execution rigorously and resolve bottlenecks in real time
  • Build a culture of ownership, timelines, and quality delivery

3. Strengthening Systems & Processes

  • Build on Glocal’s existing systems, improve and scale them
  • Make processes more structured, documented, and outcome-driven
  • Introduce better tracking, reporting, and coordination mechanisms
  • Ensure systems are aligned with future growth and expansion

4. Project Initiation & Delivery

  • Take ownership of initiating and operationalizing new projects
  • Convert strategic ideas into clear execution plans
  • Oversee delivery across programs, events, and partnerships
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all initiatives

5. Organizational Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day functioning across all units
  • Ensure internal communication and coordination is effective
  • Reduce operational dependency through structured systems
  • Maintain operational discipline across teams

6. Growth & Expansion Focus

  • Drive growth across programs, partnerships, and geographies
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities aligned with Glocal’s mission
  • Support expansion into new geographies and sectors
  • Ensure scalability of existing initiatives

7. Strategic Execution

  • Translate organizational vision into actionable plans and outcomes
  • Work closely with MD to prioritize and execute key initiatives
  • Ensure strategy is reflected in day-to-day work and outputs
  • Maintain focus on quality, impact, and long-term growth

8. Client & Partner Delivery

  • Ensure high-quality delivery and experience for all clients and partners (governments, development agencies, corporates, educational institutes)
  • Act as a key coordination point to ensure commitments, timelines, and expectations are met
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency in all external engagements
  • Strengthen long-term relationships through reliable execution and credibility

Required Profile

  • Proven experience in education/skills/development sector/consulting
  • Proven track record in client relations, team management and multi-project execution
  • Experience working in structured yet fast-evolving environments
  • Strong ability to improve systems and drive organizational efficiency is a plus
