In light of this, we are actively seeking young talents capable of engaging with teenagers across Nepal.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Outreach Coordinators from various parts of Nepal to join our team on a project basis for Glocal Teen Hero Nepal. As an Outreach Coordinators, you will play a crucial role in connecting with teenagers, and promoting our project’s objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing outreach strategies to engage target audiences and maximize project impact for reaching out to the maximum number of beneficiaries across various regions in Nepal.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach plans to promote project initiatives and objectives.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with schools and colleges including community organizations.
- Execute the approved project plan in your community/region.
- Delivering presentations and representing the project at schools and colleges.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outreach, community engagement, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Track record of working in youth initiatives and activities in a particular community or region

Incentives:
