Kajol Jha Managing Director
Ms. Kajol Jha is the Managing Director of Glocal Pvt. Ltd., a leading firm specializing in educational management consulting, entrepreneurship, and skills development.
Ms. Jha also serves as the Co-founder and Managing Director of Glocal Academy of Skills Pvt. Ltd., where she spearheads Glocal After School, an e-learning platform designed to enhance employability skills. Her passion for youth empowerment is further exemplified through her role as the Global Lead of the Glocal Teen Hero Project, a platform recognizing and celebrating teenage change-makers in Nepal and extending its franchise to India, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh.
With proven expertise in managing and executing impactful projects, Ms. Jha has championed efforts to bridge the gap between academia and industry through targeted research, training programs, and the development of a skilled workforce. She is deeply committed to building a skilled workforce and advancing the alignment between industry needs and academic pursuits.
She also actively contributes to professional and community organizations, serving as:
- Committee Member at Swadesi Abhiyan under the Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI),
- Vice-President Membership at Everest Toastmasters Club, and
- Club Growth Director for Division 1-District 41, Toastmasters International (2023–2024).
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Jha is an avid traveler, outdoor enthusiast, and sports lover. A passionate advocate for personal growth and lifelong learning, she also enjoys cooking, where she applies her leadership skills with precision and creativity, fostering collaboration and delivering outstanding results.
